Refund Policy

All reservations are full price and refundable. Until your order is finalized you can request to cancel your order and receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. This covers our costs for transaction fees as they are non-refundable from the credit card company. 

Our team will reach out to you by email or phone to finalize your order about a month before your order is due to ship or be installed. 

After your confirmation call, all sales are final. We provide a fantastic warranty on our campers so if there are any issues we will handle per our warranty policy.
