Shipping and Delivery Information

At Lone Peak, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience for our campers. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and Certified installer process:

Camper Packaging and Installation

All of our campers come fully assembled and crated in a custom 10' crate for maximum protection during transit. The camper will be mounted to your vehicle upon arrival, but please note that wiring from the camper to the vehicle will be the customer's responsibility after installation.

Flat-Rate Shipping and Installation Fee

We now include a flat-rate installation fee with the total shipping cost. For deliveries to certified installers, the fee is set at $2,000, covering both shipping and installation. This ensures your camper is properly mounted and installed.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we can only ship within the lower 48 United States. Unfortunately, we do not process shipments to locations outside this area. Additionally, we do not accept freight forwarders for pick-up.

This limitation is a result of past challenges we’ve faced when shipping outside the lower 48 states. While we take great care in packaging our campers in custom crates and carefully wrapping them, we’ve encountered issues with damage and delays when shipping to locations beyond the lower 48. Our priority is ensuring your camper arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery Timeline and Tracking

Once your camper is completed, it typically takes 1-2 weeks for the camper to be crated, and then typcially 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and the number of campers shipping at a time. You’ll receive tracking information once your camper is on its way.

If you are comfortable with the outlined shipping limitations, one of our team members, will be happy to assist you in coordinating shipping and provide our flat rate pricing option.

Inspecting Your Camper Upon Delivery

Please inspect your camper immediately upon delivery to ensure it has arrived in good condition. If you notice any damage, take pictures and contact our team immediately for assistance.
