What to Expect on Install Day at Lone Peak

Imagine waking up knowing that today is going to be one of the best days of your life—that’s what install day feels like! At Lone Peak, we’ve designed the process to be exciting, stress-free, and full of adventure. Here’s a detailed look at what your install day will look like:

1. Pre-Arrival Communication:

Before the big day, we’ll confirm the installation time and location, making sure you’re all set. We’ll also send you any key details, like truck bed preparation and other important instructions to help things run smoothly.

2. Upon Arrival:

Arriving on install day, make sure to arrive at you’re your confirmed appointment time (all appointments are in PST). Once you get here:

  • Back your truck up to the large bay door.

  • Leave the keys inside and the install team can get started

  • Before heading inside, please ensure your truck is cleared out and ready for installation. This helps us speed up the process and get started right away.

  • Head inside to our cozy waiting area.

3. Getting Started:

Once you're inside, our team will bring your truck into the install bay. You can relax while we get to work! The installation typically takes about an hour, so this is the perfect time to:

  • Grab a complimentary coffee or water.

  • Chat with us about your plans for your new camper.

  • Ask any questions you may have about accessories or customization options.

  • You can even check out our Installed at HQ Travel map and place your pin to claim your area!

4. The Magic Moment:

Once our install team is finished, you’ll hear the magic words: “Hey, ya'll I’m all done!” Now the fun really begins.

5. Walkthrough and Overview:

We’ll meet you outside for a detailed walkthrough of your new build. During the walkthrough, we’ll cover:

  • How to open and close your tent.

  • A quick breakdown of your wiring and powered accessories.

  • Best practices for use and maintenance.

  • Torque specs and any other technical details.

This is your time to ask questions and get familiar with everything you’ll need to know!

6. After Install Guides and Diagrams:

After the walkthrough, we’ll send an email containing links where you can find copies of everything, including: 

  • Warranty information.

  • Best practices & maintenance tips.

  • Order receipts

  • Manuals (in PDF format).

Please Note:

  • Installation appointments are confirmed for PST, so please arrive at your scheduled time.

  • Weather conditions may affect your ability to make the appointment, so be sure to reach out to reschedule if necessary.
